Refund and Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure a fair and transparent process for all financial transactions on the PREM platform.

1. Overview

This Refund and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or credit exchanges will be provided for services purchased on PREM. By purchasing a subscription or promotional credits, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Services (Plans)

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for subscription fees are generally not provided, except in cases of technical failure or verified billing errors reported within 7 days.

3. Promotional Credits & Add-Ons

Promotional credits (Hot, Super Hot, Refresh) are purchased as add-ons. These credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, we allow for credit type exchanges in specific circumstances (see Section 5).

4. Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds may be considered for: (a) Persistent technical failure preventing access to paid features. (b) Verifiable billing errors. All requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Exchange Policy (Credit Swaps)

Users may request to 'exchange' unused promotional credits for a different type (e.g., swapping 2 Hot credits for 1 Super Hot credit) through their account manager or support, subject to current platform exchange rates and approval. Direct property exchanges are not handled by the platform and must be negotiated between users independently.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Subscription fees for periods already rendered, used promotional credits, and any service fees for listings that have already been promoted are strictly non-refundable.

7. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund or credit exchange, contact our support team at Legal@prem.pk within 7 days of the transaction. Provide your User ID and transaction details.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Credit exchanges are processed within 24-48 business hours.
